A large scale urban renewal project, suggesting a large scale complex of 750 residential units and over 2000 sqm of public areas, replacing an existing low-rise neighborhood.

I did urban research, initial planning, drafting, client meetings and presentations, consultant coordination, documentation, permits and master plan applications.
