A medium scale urban renewal project, suggesting the replacement of an old apartment building into a mixed use building, of 750 residential units and over 2000 sqm of public areas.

I did urban research, initial design and planning, detailed floor planning, drafting, client meetings and presentations, consultant coordination, documentation, permits and master plan applications.
