A medium scale urban renewal project, suggesting a complex of 111 residential units and over 500 sqm kindergarten cluster, replacing an existing low-rise residential complex of 2 low-rise buildings.

I did urban research, initial planning, drafting, client meetings and presentations, consultant coordination, documentation, permits and master plan applications.
