Sokolov

A medium/large scale urban renewal project, suggesting a complex of 300 residential units, 400 sqm of retail and over a 1000 sqm of public space, replacing an existing low-rise residential complex of 7 low-rise buildings. I did urban research, initial planning, drafting, client meetings and presentations, consultant coordination, documentation, permits and master plan applications.
